The Golden Rules
Use pH-Neutral Soaps
Only clean with water or extremely mild soaps. Alkaline lime plaster reacts chemically with acids.
Blot, Never Scrub
Aggressive scrubbing can permanently change the surface texture, creating localized shiny spots.
Protect Wet Seals
In showers, squeegee water off microcement after use to extend the lifespan of the waterproof topcoat.
