## 1. Venetian Plaster & Mineral Finishes
*Applies to Grassello (high-gloss), Marmorino (medium-grain), and Calchera (coarse stone).*

Genuine lime plaster cures via carbonation—absorbing carbon dioxide from the air and returning to its natural limestone state. This creates an incredibly hard, breathable, and mold-resistant surface.

### The Curing Phase (First 30 Days)
* **Be Gentle**: While the plaster feels dry to the touch within 24 hours, it takes a full 30 days to reach maximum hardness. Avoid touching, leaning objects, or placing furniture against the wall during this curing window.
* **No Moisture**: Keep the wall completely dry. Do not apply any protective waxes or sealers during the first month.

### Daily Care & Dusting
* **Dry Dusting Only**: Use a clean, dry, ultra-soft microfiber cloth or a static duster once every two weeks to remove surface dust.
* **No Vacuums**: Never use a vacuum brush attachment directly on the plaster, as the plastic bristles can scratch the burnished stone finish.

### Cleaning Spills & Scuffs
* **Damp Cloth**: For light scuffs or liquid splashes, dampen an ultra-soft microfiber cloth with lukewarm water. Gently wipe the area in a circular motion.
* **Neutral Soap Only**: If water is insufficient, use a highly diluted, pH-neutral soap (such as mild Castile soap). Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon), bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads.
* **Pat Dry**: Immediately dry the area with a clean, dry microfiber towel. Never let water pool or sit on the surface.

## 2. Seamless Microcement Systems
*Applies to Microcement Showers, Bathrooms, Floors, and Custom Countertops.*

Our continuous microcement systems are sealed with premium, high-performance polyurethane coats, making them 100% waterproof, scratch-resistant, and completely seamless.

### Curing Phase (First 14 Days)
* **No Heavy Traffic**: Microcement can be walked on carefully after 48 hours, but the polyurethane sealer takes 14 days to achieve maximum chemical and scratch resistance. Avoid dragging heavy furniture or sharp objects.
* **No Standing Water**: Keep shower stalls and floors completely dry for the first 7 days to let the sealers cure perfectly.

### Routine Cleaning
* **Sweeping & Vacuuming**: Vacuum floors using a soft-brush head or sweep with a soft microfiber broom to remove grit that can act like sandpaper.
* **Damp Mopping**: Mop floors or wipe walls using a microfiber mop dampened with lukewarm water and a pH-neutral cleaner.
* **Squeegee Showers**: In microcement showers, we highly recommend using a soft rubber squeegee after each use to remove standing water droplets, preventing mineral/calcium buildup.

### What to Avoid
* **Harsh Chemicals**: Never use bleach, ammonia, ammonia-based glass cleaners, or scale-removing acids (like CLR) on microcement. These will degrade the protective polyurethane sealer over time.
* **Abrasive Scrubbers**: Avoid steel wool, scouring pads, or stiff plastic scrub brushes.
* **Standing Water**: Do not leave wet bath mats, damp towels, or plant pots sitting directly on microcement floors for extended periods.
